This is my trade piece for talented (and very patient) DeviantArt buddy HannuBananu.

She wanted dragons that in some way incorporated the elements, but she left the nature of those elements open to interpretation. I had at first thought of some really weird stuff - shadows and light, lightning and the abyss - but I decided in the end to go with a combined effect of the standard four, wind, fire, earth, water. 

Accomplished with watercolor and Prismacolor pencils. It's 10x10 inches and took about 15 hours to complete all together.

This is really cool. I think you did a good job of capturing the elements, and in just two dragons.
